HSE Officer (Contract by Project)

PT Star Skykom Indonesia is a company specialized in interior design, construction services, and building renovation. Located in Neo Soho, West Jakarta.

Looking for HSE Officer.

📍 Project Site: Cikarang (Data Centre)

📄 Contract: Project Based

Qualifications & Experiences

1. Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Public Health (K3), or related field;

2. Minimum 2–5 years of experience in HSE/K3, preferably in construction projects;

3. Certified Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) from Ministry of Manpower (mandatory);

4. Certification in Ahli K3 Konstruksi is highly preferred;

5. Strong understanding of SMK3, HIRADC, JSA, and Risk Assessment;

6. Familiar with Indonesian safety regulations (UU No. 1 Tahun 1970 & PP No. 50 Tahun 2012);

7. Able to work independently and in a team;

8. Good communication skills and strong leadership in enforcing safety practices;

9. Willing to be placed at project site;

10. Able to speak in English is a MUST. Able to speaking in Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and ensure the implementation of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards on site;

2. Conduct safety induction, toolbox meetings, and regular safety briefings;

3. Identify potential hazards and perform risk assessments (HIRADC / JSA);

4. Prepare and implement Safety Plan (RK3K) and HSE procedures;

5. Conduct routine inspections and safety audits;

6. Investigate accidents and incidents, and prepare reports;

7. Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies related to K3.

Additional Qualifications (Preferred):

- First Aid / P3K Certification

- Fire Fighting Certification

- ISO 45001 Awareness / Auditor

- Experience handling high-risk / project-based environments
