Job Descriptions
- Identify, assess, and control workplace hazards and risks.
- Develop and implement HSE/K3 policies and procedures.
- Conduct safety training and promote safety awareness among employees.
- Perform regular HSE inspections and audits.
- Investigate accidents, near misses, and implement preventive actions.
- Prepare HSE performance and compliance reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Occupational Health and Safety (K3) or Public Health.
- Fluent in English
- Mandatory: Certified General HSE Expert (Ahli K3 Umum), POIPPPU
- Mandatory: Valid First Aid (P3K) Certificate.
- Firefighting Class D Certificate is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and legislation.
- Good communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to conduct training and motivate employees.
