PT Wanho Industries Indonesia is looking for a qualified and experienced HSE Foreman to join our team!
💡 Job Description:
- Supervise the implementation of Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards across the work areas.
- Coordinate safety inspections and ensure proper follow-up on inspection findings.
- Ensure all potential workplace hazards are identified, assessed, and properly controlled.
- Ensure compliance with HSE procedures, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Conduct incident investigations and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Provide safety guidance and awareness to employees and contractors.
🎯 Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HSE-related positions.
- Proficient in hazard identification and risk assessment (HIRADC/JSA).
- Experienced in HSE inspections, incident investigations, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Familiar with Work Permit, Lockout Tagout (LOTO), and PPE compliance.
Possess a General Occupational Health and Safety Expert (AK3U) certificate or other relevant HSE certifications.
- Experienced in customer audits and familiar with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
