🚨 We're Hiring: HSE Specialist (Electrical)
📍 Placement: Central Cikarang / Project Site
💼 Employment Type: Contract
Are you passionate about workplace safety and have strong expertise in Electrical Safety? We're looking for an experienced HSE Specialist (Electrical) to join our team and ensure the highest safety standards across electrical installation and construction activities.
🖥️ Key Responsibilities
* Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company safety standards.
* Conduct HSE inspections, audits, and risk assessments for electrical works.
* Review and monitor HIRADC/JSA, Permit to Work (PTW), and LOTO implementation.
* Lead safety inductions, toolbox meetings, and HSE awareness training.
I* nvestigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
* Monitor PPE compliance and electrical safety requirements on site.
* Prepare HSE reports and maintain safety documentation.
📋 Requirements
✅ Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
✅ Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an HSE professional in electrical, construction, EPC, data center, power plant, or industrial projects.
✅ Mandatory: Valid AK3 Listrik (Electrical Safety Expert) certification. (Candidates without this certification will not be considered.)
✅ Strong understanding of Electrical Safety, LOTO, Permit to Work (PTW), HIRADC/JSA, and incident investigation.
✅ Familiar with Indonesian K3 regulations and ISO 45001 implementation.
✅ Excellent communication and reporting skills.
✅ Willing to work on project sites and travel if required. These qualifications align with common industry requirements for electrical HSE roles in Indonesia
