Key Responsibilities:
- Work with clients to understand their HR processes, workflows, and system requirements.
- Translate client needs into system configurations and workflows.
- Configure the system to meet client-specific requirements.
- Test configurations for accuracy and functionality.
- Manage data migration from legacy systems to the new system.
- Ensure data integrity and perform necessary validations.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Fresh graduate with a degree.
- Strong interest in the SaaS technology industry and system implementation.
- Proficient in spreadsheets and Microsoft Excel, specifically using functions for data analysis.
- Basic understanding of corporate HR workflows, including payroll.
- Highly proactive with strong problem-solving skills.
- Thorough and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Excellent and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Expected Output
- Month 1: Understand the end-to-end implementation process.
- Month 2: Be able to review implementation files for clients and perform client data migration.
- Month 3: Understand the client payroll analysis process.
