The ideal candidate possesses the analytical rigor of a System Analyst and the disciplined methodology of a PMO to drive operational excellence across our enterprise platforms.
Core Objectives:
Strategic Alignment: Conduct deep-dive user research and stakeholder interviews to ensure technical requirements mirror long-term business objectives.
System Optimization: Evaluate legacy and current architectures to identify bottlenecks, proposing high-impact enhancements for efficiency and usability.
Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring deliverables meet the highest quality standards, on-time delivery, and budgetary adherence.
Solution Design: Architect robust technical frameworks that solve immediate operational challenges while remaining adaptable for future scaling.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Engineering: Lead stakeholder workshops to gather, document, and validate complex functional and technical specifications.
Project Governance: Define project scopes, milestones, and KPIs; provide regular transparency through high-level reporting to executive leadership.
Technical Orchestration: Serve as the primary liaison between business units and engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of system features.
Performance & QA: Spearhead system testing, troubleshooting, and optimization phases to guarantee peak performance post-deployment.
Knowledge Transfer: Develop comprehensive technical documentation and lead training sessions to empower end-users and internal teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Expertise: Proven track record as a System Analyst or PMO, with a portfolio demonstrating successful enterprise-grade deployments.
Domain Knowledge: Mandatory proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems).
Technical Documentation: Mastery of modeling tools (UML, BPMN), system design frameworks, and detailed technical reporting.
Soft Skills: Exceptional critical thinking, proactive communication, and the ability to manage cross-functional expectations under tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience: 3+ years in system analysis, project management, or a related strategic technical role.
Education: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Systems, or a related field.
Technical Fluency: Familiarity with modern programming environments and PWA (Progressive Web App) architecture.
