Responsibility:
1. Manage and monitor employee data, including personal data, attendance data and work performance data.
2. Develop and implement HR policies, including recruitment policies, employee development policies, and occupational health and safety policies.
3. Manage relationships with employees, including communication management, and employee satisfaction management.
4. Coordinate employee training and development activities.
5. Manage and monitor the HRGA.
6. Identify and resolve problems related to HR.
Qualification:
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in psychology, human resources management, or related major
- Minimum 2 years experience in HRGA or related industry.
- Have good knowledge of HR principles, including managing employee data, developing HR policies, and managing relationships with employees.
- Have the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Have good analytical skills to identify and resolve problems.
- Have good communication skills to interact with employees and the management team.
