PT Internusa Jayaabadi Sentosa (IJS) is a growing business services company supporting various industries across Indonesia. We are currently looking for an experienced HRGA Supervisor to join our team and be permanently based in Labuan Bajo, East Nusa Tenggara.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or other related fields.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in HR & GA, including at least 1 year as an HR Generalist or HR Operations Supervisor.
• Proven experience in end-to-end HR operations, including:
o Recruitment & manpower planning
o Attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll administration
o Employee benefits and insurance
o BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan administration
o Employee contracts and personnel administration
o Business travel arrangements
o HR compliance
• Experience in handling Industrial Relations (IR) cases and disciplinary matters.
• Experience in developing and reviewing Company Regulations (PP), SOPs, Work Instructions (WI), and Job Descriptions.
• Proficient in using HRIS for attendance, reporting, and employee data management.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and administrative skills.
• Good command of English (spoken and written) is an advantage.
• Willing to be permanently based in Labuan Bajo & surrounding islands (NTT).
o Please note that this position is a permanent placement and does not operate under a roster/time-off rotation system.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including attendance, leave, overtime, payroll support, employee administration, onboarding, offboarding, contract management, benefits administration, employee insurance, BPJS administration, and business travel arrangements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Company Regulations (PP), SOPs, Work Instructions (WI), and Indonesian labour regulations.
• Lead the full recruitment cycle, including manpower planning, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate assessment, job offer coordination, onboarding, and recruitment reporting.
• Partner with department heads to identify manpower requirements and ensure timely recruitment.
• Handle employee relations and industrial relations matters, including disciplinary actions, employee grievances, investigations, dispute resolution, and compliance with labour laws.
• Oversee General Affairs operations, including office facilities, company assets, office supplies, logistics, accommodation, transportation, and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate HRGA operational activities across departments to support business needs.
• Prepare periodic HRGA reports, maintain proper documentation, and support internal and external audits.
• Liaise with external stakeholders, including government institutions, BPJS offices, vendors, and other relevant authorities.
