HRGA SUPERVISOR
- Male, Max. 35 yo
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or MSDM or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years in HRGA roles in Manufacture
- Strong understanding of end to end process of Recruitment, Training, HR, Comben, IR, HRIS, OD & GA (Asset Management)
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage small teams
- Proficiency in Employee Regulations (UUTK, BPJS, PPh21)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Microsoft Excel Advance
- Available to relocate to: Karawaci, Tangerang, Banten
