About the Role
As an HRGA Supervisor at PT Asia Prima Konjac, you will lead and oversee human resources and general affairs functions to ensure smooth people management and operational support across the company. This role combines leadership, compliance, and operational excellence in HR, GA, and workplace safety practices.
What You’ll be Doing
- Leading and supervising HR administration, recruitment processes, and employee development programs.
- Managing office facilities, assets, and general operational needs efficiently.
- Handling industrial relations matters and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
- Implementing and monitoring workplace safety standards (K3/HSE).
- Guiding and developing the HRGA team to achieve targets and align with company policies.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology, Law, Management, or an equivalent field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HRGA with team leadership responsibility.
- Strong understanding of Labor Law, GA operations, and basic HSE principles.
- Assertive, communicative, and equipped with strong managerial skills.
- Able to work strategically while handling operational matters.
