✨ Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR & Legal, preferably at Supervisor level.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Law with a strong understanding of employment and corporate law.
• Experienced in handling end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, payroll, BPJS, employee relations, and people development.
• Experienced in reviewing, drafting, and managing employment and business cooperation agreements.
• Female, detail-oriented, communicative, analytical, and strong in problem-solving.

• Manage and oversee end-to-end HR operations in line with company policies.
• Handle recruitment, employee administration, payroll, BPJS, employee relations, and people development.
• Review and draft employment contracts, business cooperation agreements, and other legal documents.
• Ensure HR and legal processes comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide HR & Legal support and advice to management and coordinate with internal and external parties.
