WE’RE HIRING: HRGA SUPERVISOR
One of PT Tulandut Kreatif Nusantara’s sister companies is looking for an HRGA Supervisor to oversee daily Human Resources and General Affairs operations.
Tulandut specializes in premium underwear and bras, combining innovative fabric technology with quality craftsmanship. Its product range features materials such as natural seaweed fiber, hyaluronic acid-infused fabrics, and antibacterial fabrics. Key Responsibilities :
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records, employment contracts, and HR documentation.
• Oversee attendance and leave administration, and coordinate payroll inputs and BPJS administration.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and communication between employees and management.
• Implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and applicable Indonesian labor regulations.
• Coordinate performance reviews, training, and employee development programs.
• Oversee General Affairs activities, including office facilities, asset management, procurement, and vendor coordination.
• Coordinate with management and Tulandut’s HR team on staffing needs, HR reporting, and operational matters.
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with experience supervising a team or independently managing HRGA operations.
• Good understanding of Indonesian labor regulations, payroll administration, and BPJS.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English is mandatory.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with HRIS is an advantage.
