Requirements:
- Age 21–30 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an HRGA Staff, preferably in the retail, fashion, or F&B industry.
- Strong understanding of HR administration, recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, employment contracts, payroll support, BPJS Health & Employment administration, and General Affairs.
- Good knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law and employment regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, coordination, administrative, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, proactive, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in organizing and managing company events or employee engagement programs is a plus.
- Placement: BSD, South Tangerang.
Job Description:
A. Human Resources (HR)
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, job offering, and employee onboarding.
- Maintain employee administration, including employment contracts, employee records, promotions, transfers, and offboarding processes.
- Handle attendance, leave administration, overtime records, and support payroll processing.
- Administer BPJS Health and BPJS Employment, including employee registration, data updates, and claims.
- Ensure all employee records and HR documentation are complete, accurate, and properly maintained.
- Support employee onboarding, performance appraisal, and employee development programs.
B. General Affairs (GA)
- Manage office supplies, company assets, inventory, and daily office operational needs.
- Monitor and maintain company asset records and inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding office facilities, maintenance, cleaning services, security, and other operational requirements.
- Ensure office facilities are well-maintained and support smooth business operations.
C. Employee Engagement & Events
- Plan, coordinate, and execute internal company events, such as onboarding programs, training sessions, employee gatherings, outings, holiday celebrations, and employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
- Prepare event budgets, timelines, logistics, and operational requirements.
- Evaluate event outcomes and prepare post-event reports with recommendations for future improvements.
D. Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare periodic HRGA reports for management.
- Ensure all HRGA activities comply with company policies and Indonesian labor regulations.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor in accordance with business needs.
