Job Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor's Degree in Management, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related major.
- Min. 2 years of solid working experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition, or HR Generalist.
- Proven knowledge and hands-on experience in handling Payroll, BPJS (Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan), and employee benefits.
- Deep understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process and the ability to develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Extensive knowledge regarding recruitment supporting tools (job portals, ATS, and social media sourcing).
- Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations regarding compensation and social security.
- Team player with active communication, an open-minded attitude, and high integrity.
- Able to speak and write in English fluently (Is a Must)
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process (Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, and Onboarding).
- Collaborate with Managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the monthly payroll process, including calculating attendance, overtime, and deductions.
- Administer and process employee social security and health insurance (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan).
- Maintain and update employee databases, personnel files, and leave records.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain a comprehensive database of potential hires.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and internal stakeholders.
