Key Responsibilities :
- Collect and report HR KPIs (weekly, monthly, yearly).
- Manage and update employee databases.
- Handle employee attendance and related reporting.
- Support General Affairs tasks and office/facility needs.
- Assist in K3 (Health & Safety) implementation and compliance.
- Identify and report system or process gaps, and propose improvements.
- Coordinate with related departments for HR operational needs.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR Management or related major.
- Minimum 1 year HR experience (manufacturing industry is a plus).
- Have a valid SIM A (MUST) and K3 certification is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook and digital administrative tools.
- Professional English skill is preferred.
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Able to identify system/process gaps and act quickly.
- Willing to be mobile when required.
