Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Having experiences in HRGA
- Experienced handling End to end recruitment process
- Have experience in Food Manufacture is preferred.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
- Well-organized with excellent leadership qualities
- Possess learning agility and self-management ability
Job Description:
- Managing and control HR matters such as end to end recruitment, training & development, performance management, compensation & benefit, etc.
- Handling daily office general affairs such as administrative support, scheduling and arranging appointments, organizing files, etc
- Procurement and inventory control of office stationery and pantry supplies.
- Interfacing with internal employees regarding general affairs and administrative support functions.
- Handling and respond to employees' issue
- Developing and implementing policies on a variety of workplace issues eg. disciplinary procedures, absence management, working conditions an performance management.
- Managing Employee matters: Employee’s attendance, leave, permission, medical reason, over time, allowance policy, and any related matters subjected to HR area.
- Handling Pest Control.
