Job Description:
• Implement and maintain human resource development system and strategies (organizational charts, recruitment process, employee development, company policy, performance appraisal, salary budget, etc).
• Taking overall responsibility for recruitment process (identifies hiring need, develop the position description, psychotest, interview, etc).
• Apply HR recruiting best practices.
• Manage job descriptions and performance appraisal.
• Analysing training needs and managing overall training process.
• Implement and maintain HRIS according to business process.
• Make sure that security protocols regarding information systems are in place and followed.
• Enters employee data into various information systems and recalls data as needed.
• Confirms accuracy and integrity of all data entered, maintains data in HRIS systems and databases and assures information is available on a timely basis.
• Performs group data updates, exports, imports, clean-ups, and researches/reports on any data discrepancies.
• Manage general affairs function to support the key business needs
• Employee relation and disciplining employee.
• Have experience ISO 27001 and ISO 37001
Job Requirements:
• Minimum S1 Majoring in Psychology (from reputable universities).
• Minimum 1-2 years experiences as HR&GA
• Have experiences as recruiter in Fintech.
• Familiar with HRIS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Able to work independently, and as a team whenever needed.
• Maintain the confidentiality of documents and data
