Deskripsi pekerjaan HRGA Staff (Korean Speaker) PT Serveone MRO Indonesia
PT Serveone MRO Indonesia is seeking a talented and dedicated HRGA Staff to join our team in our Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta Raya office. This contract role will play a crucial part in supporting our Human Resources and General Affairs functions, contributing to the overall success of our organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Assisting with the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation
- Coordinating employee benefits, leave, and other HR-related administration
- Supporting the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Understanding Indonesia Manpower Regulation
- Providing administrative support to the General Affairs team, such as managing office supplies, facilities, and other general operations
- Collaborating cross-functionally to address HR and general affairs inquiries and requests
- Continuously looking for ways to improve HR and GA processes and contribute to the overall efficiency of the department
What we're looking for
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar HRGA role, preferably within a fast-paced, professional environment
- Required to speak Korean (preferential treatment for those who are qualified for the Korean language proficiency test)
- SAP Experience Preferred
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Especially Microsoft Excel)
- Understanding of HR and general affairs-related policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- A proactive, customer-service-oriented attitude and a genuine interest in contributing to the growth and success of the organisation
