Deskripsi pekerjaan HRGA Staff (Human Resources & General Affair) Social Bread
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate screening to onboarding.
- Maintain and update HRIS, employee data, and recruitment reports.
- Support payroll administration (data checking) and employee engagement.
- Manage daily office operations and coordinate with external vendors.
- Track, update, and maintain accurate inventory and asset management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields.
- Minimum 1.5 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR/GA.
- Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end HR processes.
- Practical knowledge of inventory management and general affairs.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel.
- Solid understanding of Indonesian labor laws and compliance.
- This position will be directly employed by United Allstar. The recruitment process is managed by Social Bread.
