Deskripsi pekerjaan HRGA Specialist PT Sunny Garden Property
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in human resources.
- Have 3-5 years of working experience in human resources salary, employee relations, outstanding fresh graduates can also be considered.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and can work under high pressure.
- Initiative, strong execution ability, teamwork spirit.
- Fluent English. Mandarin is preferred.
- Coordinate manpower matters, including but not limited to : recruitment, attendance monitoring and control, attendance report, performance appraisal, etc.
- Manage, control and analysis of administrative expenses, such as monthly payment for Office needs (internet, transportation expense, employee reimbursement, employee business trip, etc).
- Posting announcement and news.
- Coordinating the management of other daily administrative and general affair.
