Job Description
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including salary, overtime, THR, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Manage BPJS administration and other statutory employee benefits.
- Manage recruitment from sourcing, onboarding and performance review.
- Manage & handle industrial and employee relations.
- Build a positive workplace culture and service culture.
- Conducting and engaging employee events that strengthen connections and engagement across departments.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with strong exposure to Payroll, HRIS, Employee Services, and PPh 21 administration.
- Experience in the F&B industry will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of payroll processing, employee data management, attendance systems, and HR administration.
- Proficient in HRIS and payroll systems.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
