What You Will Do:
- Help assisting and identifying needs and preferred qualifications for future employees
- Help assisting in interviewing applicants and assess candidates based on criterias and categories
- Do contact references and perform background checks
- Assist onboarding process and orientations as well as managing profile administrations
- Be part of HR team that contributes to create positive work environment
- Be part of creating fun, creative and target oriented work of culture
- Actively in charge for office and general affairs needs
- Helping in procurement related to GA needs
- Helping employees in need of work satisfactions and KPI performances
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree or final semester in psychology, legal, or management
- Basic knowledge of integrated HR framework and general affairs is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations
- Proficiency in Microsoft office applications, including outlook, word, excel, powerpoint, email and online applications
- Ability to maintain of high level of accuracy and confidentiality
- Have strong ownership and can do attitude are preferred
- Actively part of in or out campus organization is a plus
- Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with people in course of work
- Able to work in team or individuals
