Deskripsi pekerjaan HRGA Officer PT SPARKISH KINOSOFT TECHNOLOGY
Responsibilities:
1. Supervise daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations.
2. Ensure accurate and timely payroll, attendance, and benefits administration.
3. Support implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
4. Provide guidance and support to staff and management on HR issues and labor law compliance.
5. Handle performance management processes and support employee development.
6. Manage disciplinary processes, employee grievances, and conflict resolution.
7. Assist in developing and improving HR systems and processes.
9. Supervise general affairs activities including office management, procurement, and maintenance.
10. Ensure availability and proper management of office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
11. Coordinate company events, travel arrangements, and transportation logistics.
12. Monitor company assets and ensure accurate inventory control.
13. Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and government agencies.
14. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Management, Psychology, Law, or a related field
2. Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR and GA roles
3. Strong knowledge of General Affair rules, labor laws, BPJS, and HR best practices.
4. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
5. Able to work independently and manage a team effectively.
