- Bachelor's Degree in Management / Law / Psychology
- Min. 3 years experience in Human Resources and General Affair
- Good English both spoken and written
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work unsupervised
- Expertise in conflict management and great relationship-building skills
- Ability to take initiative and maintain confidentiality
- Familiar with the flow of processing legal documents for foreign workers
- Comprehensive knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan)
- Demonstrated ability to handle payroll processing, including PPh21, BPJS, and other statutory deductions.
- Proven experience in managing full-cycle recruitment processes across various departments.
