Deskripsi pekerjaan HRGA Officer PT. KURVE MODE INTERNASIONAL
1. Administrative Tasks:
Manage BPJS administration.
Handle employment agreements and related documentation.
2. Recruitment:
Prepare detailed job descriptions.
Post job advertisements and manage the hiring process.
3. Payroll Processing:
Efficiently process payroll in a timely manner.
4. Attendance and Reporting:
Regularly update attendance records.
Generate and maintain monthly HR reports.
5. Performance Management:
Providing full support in the implementation of the performance management process, including the development, evaluation, and refinement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
6. Disciplinary and Employee Support:
Support the management of disciplinary issues and employee support.
7. Policy Counselling:
Provide counselling on company policies, regulations and procedures.
8. General Affairs (GA):
Handle general affairs matters to ensure smooth office operations.
9. Legal Matters:
Manage and oversee legal aspects related to HR functions and ensure the company's adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.
