Deskripsi pekerjaan HRGA (Mandarin Speaker) PT. Jinchuan Kontraktor Indonesia
Responsibilities:
1 Responsible for local employee recruitment, labor management, personnel records management, visa processing, and company certification procedures for the Indonesia entity.
2 Manage daily office administrative affairs, including procurement and distribution of office supplies, meeting arrangements, etc.
3 Carry out other tasks assigned by leadership as needed.
Requirements:
1. Female
2. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or Administrative-related fields.
3. Graduate of a Chinese university
4. Minimum 1 year experience in HR or administrative roles; experience in recruitment and labor management is preferred.
5. Language requirement: Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Indonesian — listening, speaking, reading, writing, and typing.
6. Proficient in office software.
