Job Description:
- Develop, communicate, and enforce HR policies and procedures that promote a fair and equitable work environment
- Monitor compliance with labor laws and regulations, ensuring all HR practices uphold ethical standards

- Ensure compliance with all compensation regulatory requirements and conduct market analysis to stay competitive
