Our client, is a tech and IT company in based in Jakarta, is seeking for a dynamic leader to join their team in Jakarta.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or related majors.
- 7–10 years in HR/GA, with at least 3 years in a Managerial role.
- Proven experience in Technology or Consumer Electronics industry.
- Mastery of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Cipta Kerja) and Industrial Relations.
- Proficient in HRIS, Payroll management, and SOP creation.
- Experience in TNA and training material design.
- Professional English, Spoken and Written, for daily communication with stakeholders and reporting.
- High-initiative mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and a culture-builder personality.
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead end-to-end recruitment for sales, retail, and manufacturing roles in a high-speed environment.
● Update organizational structures and set KPIs to drive better performance across all departments.
● Ensure 100% compliance with Indonesian Labor Law (UU Cipta Kerja) and manage harmonious employee relations.
● Oversee TNA (Training Needs Analysis) and design/conduct internal training programs to help employees "Make Better" their skillsets.
● Manage site facilities, security, company assets (vehicles/buildings), and labor-related permits.
