Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Psychology or Law
✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, including at least 2 years in a supervisory, managerial, or equivalent leadership role
✔ Strong leadership and team management skills
✔ Excellent people development and employee relations capabilities
✔ Proficient in Talenta HRIS
✔ Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law and HR best practices
✔ Experience with ISO 9001:2015 (Internal Auditor certification or equivalent experience preferred)
✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, employee onboarding, contract administration, promotion, transfer, and other employee lifecycle activities.
• Lead and supervise HR, GA, and Security functions to ensure effective daily operations and compliance with company policies and regulations. • Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, procedures, and employee relations practices in accordance with labor laws and company standards. • Manage payroll administration, employee benefits, BPJS programs, attendance, leave administration, and HRIS operations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain employee records, personnel files, competency data, and HR documentation while ensuring confidentiality, accuracy, and proper administration.
• Support performance management, employee development, and workforce capability improvement initiatives to enhance employee productivity and organizational effectiveness.
• Coordinate, monitor, and support the implementation of ISO 9001 requirements, internal audit activities, corrective actions, and continuous improvement programs.
• Prepare HR reports, analyze workforce data, and provide recommendations to management to support operational and organizational needs.
• Play an active role in strengthening HR systems, improving people management practices, supporting organizational development initiatives, and driving continuous improvement across HR, GA, and Security functions.
