HRGA Manager – Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2–3 years of experience in a managerial or equivalent leadership position.
Proven experience managing HR & General Affairs functions in a company with a growing workforce.
Strong knowledge and experience in HR Operations, including:

Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
Employee Administration
Attendance & Leave Management
Payroll coordination
Employee Benefits
Performance Management
Training & Development
Employee Relations
HR Policy & SOP
Strong understanding of Indonesian manpower regulations, including employment agreements, working hours, leave, disciplinary actions, termination, and other applicable employment regulations.
Experienced in handling Industrial Relations, including employee complaints, disciplinary actions, warning letters, employee disputes, and coordination with external parties or government institutions when required.
Experience in managing BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, employee benefits, insurance, and other employee welfare programs.
Experienced in developing, implementing, and reviewing HR policies, procedures, SOPs, and employee regulations.
Strong experience in managing HR compliance, documentation, and HR audit requirements, preferably with exposure to ISO, BSCI, or other compliance/audit standards.
Experienced in managing HRIS systems, attendance systems, employee databases, and digital HR administration.
Able to develop and monitor HR KPIs, manpower planning, organizational structure, and HR programs.
Experienced in preparing HR reports, manpower reports, turnover analysis, attendance reports, recruitment reports, and management reports.
Strong understanding of organizational development, employee engagement, performance appraisal, succession planning, and talent management.
Experienced in developing and implementing training and development programs based on business and employee needs.
Able to manage General Affairs activities, including:
Office and facility management
Company assets
Office supplies
Vendor management
Building and maintenance coordination
Transportation and accommodation
Employee facilities
Security and workplace administration
Experience in managing outsourcing/vendor relationships, including attendance, payroll coordination, employee administration, performance evaluation, and service-level monitoring.
Strong ability to coordinate with management, department heads, employees, vendors, and external stakeholders.
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing, coaching, and developing an HRGA team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a data-driven and business-oriented approach.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Proactive, organized, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and familiar with HR digital systems.
English proficiency is preferred.
Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, consumer goods, retail, or similar industries is highly preferred.
Experience working in a company with multiple locations or operational/factory environments is an advantage.
Willing to work from office and travel between company locations when required.
