JOB DESC:
- Lead and manage overall Human Resources & General Affairs operations.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, attendance, leave, payroll, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, KPI/OKR, and company regulations.
- Monitor employee performance, discipline, engagement, and organizational development.
- Supervise compensation & benefits administration including BPJS and payroll accuracy.
- Manage office operational needs, company assets, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal company policies.
- Prepare HRGA reports and support management in strategic workforce planning.
- Lead and develop the HRGA team to support company operational effectiveness.

QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Law, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HRGA field.
- Strong understanding of recruitment, payroll, industrial relations, and general affairs.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
