Deskripsi pekerjaan HRGA Manager Pt Aromatik International Indonesia
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategies
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Develop and monitor over all HR strategies, system, tectics and procedures across the organization
- Nature a positive working environment
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Handling pay plan and benefits program
- Report to Founder & CEO and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resources management
- Introduce and support People & Culture programs and initiatives to create a unique, successful, and fulfilling workplace.
- Manage general affairs
- Minimal 6 years experiences in HR Generalist, Culture & Employer Branding
- Capable to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Bonus points for startup experience
- Having a knowledge of UU Ketenagakerjaan and UU Cipta Kerja
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills are essential. Ability to lead meetings and presentations, and ability to interface with all levels of people
- Enthusiastic, positive, friendly and a great sense of humour!
- An ability to demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality and strike a balance between employee and company needs
- Good command in English both verbal and written
- Have a good attention to details & resourceful
- Can join ASAP
