Key Resposibilities :
- Create, maintain and evaluate HR strategy and planning, performance appraisal (KPI’s and OKR), HR policies, and company regulation. Also, develop and monitor HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
- Becoming a strategic business partner to boards, including proposing improvement and development of the organization.
- Foster a dynamic, supportive, and respectful work environment by handling employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and team development.
- Assess training needs to arrange and execute training programs align with the needs of skill and development in the organization based on competency
- Maintaining compensation, benefit & rewards to retain talent and ensure the organization practice meets the industry standard.
- Manage HR financial aspects e.g Budgeting, benefit, Payroll, cash advanced and responsible to overall system operation as Person In Charge.
- Manage and ensure compliance with statutory employment obligations, including BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan (e-Dabu), and Mandatory Employment Reporting (WLKP).
- Update and manage employee handbooks, workflow, policies, contract and procedures, ensuring alignment with changing legal and business needs.
- Lead and supervise the HRGA team to ensure smooth execution of recruitment, employee services, general affairs, industrial relations, and compliance activities.
Requirement :
- Experience minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in an HR role, with exposure to HR management practices such as recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related field. A Master's Degree is an advantage.
- Proven experience managing HR operations for a workforce of at least 1,000–2,000 employees.
- Having experience in the F&B industry, hospitality and retail will be a good advantage.
- A strong desire to continuously learn, develop new skills zero-tolerance mindset and take on new challenges.
- Ability to work with a diverse group of stakeholders including employees, external partners, leadership, and peers with guarding main company’s interest.
- Attention to Detail & Discipline, Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently.
- Analytical & Critical Thinking, Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
