- Bachelor degree in Human Resources management or equivalent
- Has at least 5 years experiences in HR Generalist and Managerial
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Through knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
Job Description:
1. Human Resources
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure timely and effective talent acquisition.
- Supervise performance management and employee evaluation processes.
- Design and manage compensation and benefits structures to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
- Foster employee engagement, company culture, and retention initiatives.
- Lead organizational development initiatives, including training, career development, and succession planning.
- Serve as a strategic partner to management on workforce planning and HR matters.
2. General Affairs
- Oversee all GA functions, including office management, asset management, company facilities, and security.
- Ensure the provision of a safe, efficient, and conducive working environment.
3. Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HRGA team to achieve departmental objectives.
- Monitor and manage HRGA budgets and costs efficiently.
- Prepare and present regular HRGA reports to management.
