HRGA Manager
We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and driven HRGA Manager to lead our Human Resources and General Affairs functions and support our company's continued growth.
📍 Location: Pergudangan Sentral Singosari, Malang (On-site)
Who You Are ?
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HRGA SPV/ Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, General Affairs, and Indonesian Labor Law.
- Experienced in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HRIS.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Domiciled in Malang or willing to work on-site at Pergudangan Sentral Singosari, Malang.
What Will You Do?
- Lead and oversee all HR & GA operations.
- Manage recruitment, employee lifecycle, and employee development.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
- Handle industrial relations and employee matters.
- Oversee office facilities, vendors, and administrative operations.
- Drive initiatives to strengthen company culture and employee engagement.
