Job Responsibilities :
1. Human Resource :
• Handle end-to-end employee lifecycle management including recruitment, onboarding, contract management, and offboarding;
• Creating job descriptions and requirements for all positions with measurable KPIs;
• Manage and maintain all employee records and HR documentation;
• Establish and manage attendance, leave and disciplinary system;
• Oversee payroll, comben & HR administration processes;
• Develop, implement & continuously improve HR polices & internal regulations;
• Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws & company policies;
• Lead internal communication and resolve employee related matters;
• Experience in property development or a similar industry would be an advantage;
2. General Affair :
• Proficiency in general affairs management, including administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations;
• Manage office operations, facilities, and company asset management;
• Manage administrative matters including visas, work permits, and regulatory documentation;
• Supervise vendor & GA related contract;
• Manage company vehicles, business travel, and operational logistics;
• Manage foreign national residence permit.
3. Operational Support :
• Drive HR/GA system development and process improvements;
• Manage & update internal policies and corporate documentation;
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management;
• Colaboration with Building Management ops.
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any major;
• Min. 5 years of experience in HR & GA;
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law, BPJS & tax regulation;
• Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken & written) is a must;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
