Role Description
The HR GA Legal Supervisor (Corporate Services) will oversee key functions in human resource management, general administration, and compliance with legal standards. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring regulatory adherence, and overseeing general administrative operations. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Jakarta, Indonesia, offering the flexibility of partial work-from-home arrangements. Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including HR operations and recruiting processes.
- Strong skills in Employee Relations and Performance Management to foster a positive work environment.
- Ability to develop, implement, and maintain HR Policies that align with local regulations and organizational goals.
- Understanding of legal compliance requirements related to labor laws, contracts, and general administrative policies.
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- 2-3 years Experience in a managerial or supervisory HR GA role is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred.
