As HRGA Lead you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operational aspects of Human Resource Development within the organization. They will lead initiatives to enhance employee performance, development, and engagement strategies in alignment with the company's goals.
Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement HRD strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
2. Training and Development: Design and oversee training programs to upskill employees and support career growth.
3. Performance Management: Lead the design and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
4. Talent Management: Develop talent retention and succession plans to ensure a skilled workforce.
5. Employee Engagement: Create initiatives to foster a positive work culture and enhance employee engagement.
6. Operational Oversight: Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of HRD functions.
7. Collaboration: Partner with HR teams and department heads to ensure HRD initiatives are aligned with organizational goals.
8. Data Analysis: Utilize HR metrics and data to assess effectiveness and make informed decisions.
9. Compliance: Ensure HRD practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) is a plus.
2. Experience: 5 years of progressive experience in HRD or related roles with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
3. Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and execute HRD strategies aligned with business goals.
4. Communication: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
