Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development, implementation, and monitoring of performance management systems (KPIs and OKRs)
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, CV screening, candidate assessments, and initial interviews
- Participate in organizing employee engagement activities, training sessions, and other cultural internal initiatives
- Assist in daily HR operations, such as managing attendance records, maintaining employee logs, and responding to basic employee inquiries
- Help prepare, organize, and maintain employment agreements, work certificates, and other HR-related documents
- Support office facility procurement, basic maintenance coordination, and minor repair arrangement
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduate or final-year undergraduate student in HR Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or other related fields, with no remaining classes
- Interest in F&B and eagerness to learn in a growing MSME environment
- Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative and approachable attitude
- Good attention to detail, organized, and able to handle confidential data responsibility
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Canva
- Available to commit full-time for a 6-month on-site internship in Kota Bogor
