Qualifications:
- WFO is a MUST
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and HR practices is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive approach to tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working closely with HRGA Manager
- Assist in crafting spellbinding job postings and casting a wide net to attract top talent.
- Participate in screening applicants to discover the most promising candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with the precision of a master illusionist
- Assist in the onboarding process, making sure new hires feel like they've entered a realm of magic.
- Assist in tracking employee progress to ensure they're on the path to becoming HRGA wizards themselves.
- Ensure HR policies are followed with the precision of a potion master, all while maintaining a cheerful atmosphere in the office.
- Be a crucial part of maintaining the enchantment of our office, from inventory management to creating an ambiance that's nothing short of bewitching.
- Contribute to keeping the office running smoothly, ensuring everyone has the tools they need to work their magic.
- Be the go-to sorcerer for basic employee inquiries and concerns, spreading good vibes wherever you go.
- Assist in resolving minor disputes and ensuring everyone in the office feels valued and heard.
- Participate in special projects that will have everyone marveling at your HRGA wizardry.
- Have the opportunity to put your creative spells to work in projects that impact the entire team.
