Deskripsi pekerjaan HRGA Intern PT Tasma Bioenergy Indonesia (Group of BECIS)
Objective:
The key objective of this program is to equip students with knowledge and skills in the corporate world in general office administrations matter.
Responsibilities:
Actively support on the implementation of HRGA policy
a. Registering documents
b. Arrange delivery of outcoming documents with vendor delivery
c. Scan documents, invoices and incoming documents
d. Checking office vendor invoices to prepare payment documents
e. Maintain training and certificates tracker
f. Drafting PR and GRN
g. Manage receipt and invoice petty cash
h. Participate in stock take pantry supplies and office supplies
i. Other ad-hock duty as per request
j. Supporting HRGA event
k. Adhere to all HSE applicable policies and procedures
Requirements:
• Studying on Psychology/Management HR /Administration, or equivalent qualifications in the last semester (fresh graduate are welcome).
• Commitment to complete the internship programs minimum 3 months or more.
• Candidates must be adept at using MS Office (Word, excel and PPT).
• Native speaker of Bahasa Indonesia and good level of English, both written and spoken.
• Flexible and trustworthy.
• Good interpersonal skill, Self-driven and proactive.
• Ability to display and effective communication.
