We regard our charcoal briquette product as a work of art crafted by the combination of the natural riches of Indonesia and the collective minds of industry and market pioneers determined to surpass all competition local and abroad.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Documentation & Administration
- Manage employee documentation, HRIS updates, and ensure proper filing and compliance with company policy and UU PDP.
2. HR Letters & Official Documents
- Prepare and issue employment-related letters accurately and within the required timeline.
3. Onboarding & Employee Identity Management
- Handle Day-1 administrative setup, employee ID cards, asset issuance, and internal system access.
4. Attendance & Payroll Support
- Maintain attendance and leave records, and support payroll data preparation and coordination.
5. General Affairs & Office Support
- Coordinate office maintenance, vendor services, supplies, and administrative documentation (PR/PO).
6. Internal Communication & Shared Tools
- Maintain shared tools and internal communication access based on approval.
7. Administrative Support
- Process employee claims and provide administrative support to HR and related departments.
Requirements:
1. Education
- Minimum bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology, Law, Management, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience in HRGA / HR Operations / General Affairs.
- Experience handling employee documentation, attendance, and payroll input.
- Familiar with PR/PO process and office vendor coordination.
- Experience using HRIS is preferred.
3. Technical Competencies
- Strong administrative and documentation skills.
- Understanding of basic Indonesian labor regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Able to manage multiple tasks with high accuracy.
- Strong follow-up and execution ability.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills are required.
- Technology literate and familiar with digital tools/software.
