About the role
This is a permanent position as a HRGA & Safety Supervisor at Cikarang Plant for a Japanese automotive parts manufacturing company. The role is important to the company and requires strong Human Resources and
General Affair abilities, excellent in interpersonal skills at all level and organizational capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide HRGA & Safety functions in the Company;
- Ensure the effective execution of Human Resources, General Affairs and Safety activities for the Company.
Qualifications
- Male max 35 years old
- D3 or S1 qualification (must provide scan of ijazah & transcript)
- Minimum 3 years work experiences in HRGA & Safety, manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong understanding and hands-on of HR process such as : Recruitment & Selection, On Boarding Job, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Indonesian Labor Law, Industrial Relations, Training & Development, HRIS, HR administration
- Experience in managing office operations, facilities and administrative functions as General Affairs (GA)
- Strong understanding and hands-on of Safety/K3 (Keselamatan & Kesehatan Kerja) in the Company (must provide scan of Ahli K3 certificate)
- Ensure implementation of HRGA & Safety functions as company policies, procedures and compliance standards across assigned functions
- Monitor and control HRGA & Safety operational
- Strong leadership, interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills
- Able to operate computer, especially Microsoft Office
- High attention to detail and loyalty in work
- Able to work individually and as part of a team
- Willing to be placed at Cikarang Plant.
