To plan, establish, develop and implement overall initiatives and administration of human resources, general affairs, and corporate legal activity to be aligned with business strategy, company operation and regulation and legal compliance in Indonesia.

Develop and implement HR Strategies
Manage and supervise all GA functions
Ensure compliance and provide legal advice to management regarding contracts, risks, and business decisions
Support top management in strategic decision - making
