We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HRGA & Legal Intern to support BenihBaik’s operational and corporate governance team. This role is designed for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in the intersection of Human Resources, General Affairs, and Legal administration within a social impact organization.
What You’ll Do:
- Assisting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Assist counseling on policies and procedures. For employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
- Assist to implement effective onboarding plans, training, development programs
- Assist to identify in risk management strategies related to employee and company related legal matters
- Assist to ensure the company fills out and submits all its legal paperwork.
Requirements:
- Bachelors of Psychology/Law/Management/Human Resources Management
- Good understanding with laws, policies and procedures
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
