Job description:
- Managed the end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, and onboarding) and collaborated with users to fulfill manpower planning needs.
- Supervised personnel administration, including employee data, attendance, leaves, overtime, and HR reporting, while ensuring strict data confidentiality.
- Prepared and managed essential employment documents (e.g., PKWT, PKWTT, decrees, and warning letters) covering employee transfers, promotions, and terminations.
- Maintained harmonious industrial relations by handling employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and labor dispute resolutions.
- Managed the employment termination (PHK) process, including the issuance of Warning Letters (SP) and official reports (Berita Acara) in accordance with applicable laws.
- Ensured company compliance with the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) regulations, monitored labor law updates, and acted as the liaison with government labor authorities.
- Drafted, updated, and managed Company Regulations (PP), HR policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Socialized policies to employees, ensured consistent implementation across all units, and conducted internal HR compliance audits.
- Provided consultation and recommendations to management regarding HR aspects and industrial relations.
- Supported the execution of employee engagement, performance management, and employee development programs.
- Led General Affairs responsibilities, specifically in monitoring company assets, and performed other HR-related duties as directed by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology (strongly preferred), Human Resource Management, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an HR & GA Generalist, Industrial Relations or HR Supervisor, with strong hands-on expertise in end-to-end recruitment and industrial relations.
- Comprehensive understanding of Indonesian Labor Laws (Omnibus Law, BPJS, etc.), coupled with excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills to effectively manage grievances and maintain harmonious industrial relations.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office, complemented by strong analytical and leadership skills, high integrity, empathy, and strict adherence to data confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.
