Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, posting vacancies, sourcing candidates, and conducting initial screening interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule advanced interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers.
- Perform reference checks and prepare official job offer letters for successful candidates.
- Facilitate the employee onboarding process, including company orientation, preparation of work equipment, and introductory sessions.
- Draft, issue, and archive HR-related documents.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or other related fields.
- Advanced MS Office.
- Familiarity with HR Information Systems.
- Solid understanding of Indonesian Labor Law regarding employment contracts (PKWT/PKWTT), statutory benefits, and employee rights.
- High accuracy in data entry and experience establishing organized physical and digital filing systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, crucial for conducting candidate interviews and handling internal employee relations
