Job Description :
Responsible for the HR system
Handle the recruitment process in F&B
Make reports related to the General Manager & Owner
Handle BPJS, Employee, WLKP, KITAS, etc.
Qualification :
Minimal Bachelor's Degree in SDM or Psychology
Proven Experience of minimum 2-3 years handling HR in Restaurant and Hotel
Have experience of handling Pre-Opening (is a plus)
Good in English
Good personality
Will be placed in Petitenget Bali
Domicile Bali is a plus.
