Job Description :
- Mengurusi terkait database karyawan serta BPJS
- Membuat surat-surat keluar masuk (memo, surat, administrasi, dll)
- Membuat rekap absen & mengontrol absensi
- Mengurus kecelakaan kerja & Pemberkasan
- Berkoordinasi dengan Head office
- Mengerjakan proses rekrutmen
Requirements :
- Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun (lebih disukai dibidang manufaktur)
- Pendidikan Minimal S1 Psikologi / Manajemen / SDM
- Bersedia mobile
- Menguasai hal-hal yang berhubungan dengan General Affair
- Menguasai administrasi terkait General Affair (perizinan, pengurusan surat kendaraan, dan perawatan aset lainnya)
- Memahami laporan dan administrasi BPJS Kesehatan & Tenaga Kerja
- Mahir dan menguasai MS EXCEL (untuk olah data)
