Creatorz Group is looking for an HRD / Recruitment Specialist to help us attract, recruit, and select the right talents across our growing business ecosystem.
We are looking for someone who is strong in recruitment, creative in sourcing candidates, and able to support basic HR administration.

Creatorz Group is a growing business holding company with multiple business units across creative industry, marketing, influencer marketing, media, talent management, community, events, and retail business.
As the group continues to grow, we need an HRD who can support hiring needs across creative, business, operational, and retail-related roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee administration, including employee records, promotions, transfers, attendance, leave, permits, sick leave, and other HR documentation.
- Manage compensation, benefits, employee facilities, and ensure the accuracy of payroll data.
- Handle employment administration, including employment contracts, internal memos, warning letters (SP), handover documents (BAST), permanent employee appointments, contract renewals, job analysis, and offboarding processes (resignations/terminations, exit interviews, and exit clearance).
- Execute the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to hiring and onboarding based on the company's hiring needs.
- Develop, monitor, and support the implementation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and employee performance management processes.
- Follow up on performance review outcomes through coaching, counseling, training needs analysis (TNA), compensation recommendations, and other employee development initiatives.
- Oversee daily office operations, including office maintenance, facility management, procurement, and office supplies (stationery) inventory management.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
- Strong in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Creative in finding and attracting candidates, not only waiting for applicants.
- Familiar with recruitment channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, job portals, referrals, and communities.
- Organized, communicative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Strong follow-up skills and sense of urgency.
- Able to work with different users across multiple business units.
- Comfortable handling both office-based and operational recruitment needs.
Plus Points
- Experience in creative industry, agency, media, startup, retail, or fast-growing company.
- Able to create job vacancy content or recruitment campaigns for social media.
- Has a strong network in creative, business, retail, campus, or professional communities.
- Basic understanding of MBTI, DISC, or psychological assessment is a plus.
